But that is not the correct answer. (For one thing, pi is not a physical constant.) This resemblance is one reason I picked that particular numerical value as one of the numbers in my list.

My question was "can you tell me which physical constant these numbers refer to?" The actual answer is "no, not without any units attached to the numbers." We technical types tend to be lazy, though, and we often expect our audience to be able to guess what we mean. The context of the discussion can allow one to infer the units, of course. But in a forum like this where a rather large number of competing and cooperating theories are discussed, relying on context often leads to miscommunication. Unless your intent is to hide something, it is best to be explicit about such things.
