Expect an announcement near the end of the year. But the draft plan is that electronic MRB will be freely available to all. Supporting memberships will still be encouraged. But we are hoping to reach a wider audience, and that in doing so we won't lose our support funds.
Obviously, it's a gamble, but one that seems worth a try. -|Tom|-
