This is even more true for the Mars pages that are filled with dozens of photo images that make the page take a long time to display.

Don, the Board manager, just reduced the messages-per-page to 20. See how that feels and let us know. Too many pages is a nuisance for those with broadband, but there should be a happy medium somewhere. -|Tom|-

Ten would be better I think, because topics tend to "morph" into something else after the first handful. If one answers to the original post it won't morph much but when they start answering to the latest post ... whoosh ... there she goes!

I don't think Snitz or any other forum will easily allow this:

Post the last ten entries ... latest at bottom.
But ... always leave the original post slightly separated at the top and identified as "Original Post" in the hopes of keeping the others "on topic".
