What if we took a 5kg weight and attached it to a hollow metal sphere, took a weight measurement from 1 meter under water and then took another measurement at 100 meters.

A spring (scale) between the 5kg weight and the sphere would measure the buoyancy of the sphere, which would increase because of the compression of the sphere; the buoyancy change would mask any slight mass change. Lifting the sphere to 100 meters in the air would take more energy than sinking it, because buoyancy is less than the weight of the sphere. Weighing the sphere as you lift it to different altitudes, you would get a slight increase due to greater potential energy and a greater decrease due to weakening gravitational field. Instead of weight, you need to measure inertia by accelerating the mass horizontally; there are scales that work that way. However, the energy involved in this type of experiment is still undetectably small. For comparison, the chemical energy stored in C4 (10^-9 of its mass) is equivalent to a velocity of 9km/sec; escape velocity from Earth's surface is 11km/sec. You'd have to lift a mass to a very high altitude, indeed, to match that.

If you're looking for a lab demonstration (not actually an experiment), you might take a cubic meter of modeling clay and a cubic millimeter of something else about the same density (specific gravity roughly 1.7 or 1.8). Explain to your students that the cubic millimeter is the amount of mass/energy that distinguishes C4 from your inert lump of clay.

Lifting it defeats teh whole experiment. Remember it COMPRESSION, the water will COMPRESS the sphere thereby increasing mass which is measured by the weight.

Unification into a fractal dimension

¡°Conventional science fails to unify the two seperate backbones of the most recent scientific revolutions: relativity and quantum mechanics. All our past knowledge seems to assure us is that 'Nature is simpe', and this should answer our questions as to where these two important concepts come from and where do they unify into a simple singular concept. It seems that the answer is beyond any human's mind imagination or knowledge, but nature offers a lot of clues, which as I will show you, will eventually let us explain the connection between the macro universe scale and microphysics, and that enormous simplifications of current science is possible through such unified concept.

......matter is made up of standing waves of real and imaginary waves, flowing forward and backward in time¡¦¡¦..

FRACTAL ULTIMATE DIMENSION

......wave equations and properties can all be described in terms of a FRACTAL SHAPE, yes, it means that reflection, refraction, attenuation and all properties of standing waves (and of the universe) can be described by a complex fractal shape in the 7.25695th dimension. It also means that all things surrounding us, as are solids, liquids, air, plasma, living objects and planets, all obey their underlying fractal equations which are embedded into the hyperdimensional fractal of which they form part. Self-similar replication and harmonic resonance are natural features of fractal structures and organizations. We can finally see how the quantum and macro world can be easily unified. Quit mind boggling, but let us see the clear evidence in nature.

Plotted curve of fractal itineration

........This solves the enigma of which wave (incoming or outgoing) came first. In fact it explains how neither of them comes first, and although we perceive the standing wave as a resultant of an incoming and an outgoing wave, both waves are generated at the same time. This also explains why a wave seems to know its destination before reaching it... both the positive time going wave and negative time going wave form part of an underlying static fractal hyper structure.¡±

....HIGHER DIMENSIONS?

So, are higher dimensions only theoretical? Not at all. In physics, the inverse square law relation is quite common. This relation is valid for the gravitational attraction between matter, for the electrical forces between charges and for magnetic forces between moving charges. A force that varies with the square of the distance means that the force will increase with the square of the distance if we reduce the distance, and it will decrease with the square of the distance if we increase the distance.

Electromagnetic energy decreases as if it were dispersed over the area of an expanding sphere, 4piR2where radius R is the distance the energy has travelled. The amount of energy received at a point on that 3D sphere diminishes as 1/R2. This clearly shows the origin of the inverse-square law.

TGD [?, ?, ?, ?] predicts the possibility of negative energy space-time sheets and phase conjugate photons can be identified as negative energy photons.

If photons with negative energies are allowed, it is dificult to deny the possibility of fermions with negative energies. The possibility of having both signs of energy suggests an elegant solution to the problem of matter-antimatter asymmetry and a powerful new energy technology.

a) The standard second quantization of Dirac spinors postulates that
ground state is annihilated by annihilation operators for fermions and anti-fermions. One can construct explicitly the state annihilated by annihilation operators. Suppose that there is state which is not annihilated by any annihilation operator and apply the product of all annihilation operators to this state. Electrons and positrons represent holes in this sea and are created by applying creation operators. The states have positive energy with
respect to the ground state. The aesthetic problem of this quantization is that ground state has an infinitely high negative energy.

b) In TGD framework one could change the role of creation and annihi-lation operators so that the ground state would be obtained by applying the product of all creation operators to vacuum. This state would have infinite positive energy. Fermions and anti-fermions would be holes in Dirac sea of positive energy and behave as negative energy quanta. One might expect that these two quantizations correspond to two diferent time orientations
for the space-time surface.

......the creation and annihilation of pairs of positiveand negative energy space-time sheets would have a change of gravitational
mass as its signature so that the process could be detected. In particular, the annihilation of fermions and anti-fermions to pairs of phase conjugate4photons would reduce gravitational mass and give rise to antigravity efects

......The phase conjugacy of two cosmic strings has deep implications for the cosmic and ultimately also for biological evolution (magnetic flux tubes play a fundamental role in TGD inspired biology and cosmic strings are limiting cases of them). The point is that the arrows of geometric time are opposite for the strings and also for positive energy matter and nega-tive energy antimatter. This implies a competition between two dissipative time developments proceeding in diferent directions of geometric time and looking self-organization and even self-assembly from the point of view of a conscious observer living in an opposite direction of geometric time. Hence even cosmological evolution is more analogous to 4-dimensional homeostasis
in biological systems rather than a gradual approach to heat death. This resolves paradoxes created by gravitational self-organization contra second law of thermodynamics.¡±

So you see, I am a bit of a retard when it comes to explaining myself. It seems as though The ComicSurfer understands and has done an excellent job helping me out.

Why is the gravitation pull of earth greater than the moon? It's not just that it is larger, it's because the particles that make up the mass of the earth are more COMPRESSED thereby increasing mass and increasing the gravitational field.

comments/questions?

Patrick,

You bring up an interesting point in regards to compression of mass and what happens in regards to atomic structure in increased densities in rotating gravity fields. It is probably no accident that heavy metals and complex atomic structures of radio active isotopes that give off both matter and antimatter signals as they decay are formed under heavy pressure. So, most likely the earth's core is radio active and is a heat engine. But, as TVF so eloquently stated in the EPH theory that gravity signals can cause a planet to self destruct if the radiation suddenly becomes blocked and there is no escape from the expanding heat caused by the larger dimensional incoming gravitational forces except for planetary object to explode, i.e., fifth planet forms asteroid belt.

What I have discovered in my research and attempted to show in previous posts is that this force of gravity is caused by the greater spin rotation of two flat universes (Nucleus interaction shows field dynamics of greater universe that includes field interactions of reverse spin connected by vortex of two way light field) both going in opposite directions forming a spherical envelope of hyperdimensional two way FTL time wave of gravity and antigravitational flux fields that manifests the effect of rotation, mass matter attraction, and forward time. We might only see the antimatter in this universe as a manifestation of the interactional greater flux field in compression jets and antimatter condensates and that the universe scale may be so large and beyond our capability to perceive because most likely there will be arms and walled structures that point towards a huge nucleonic center and axis of our universe that connects to our invisible reverse time sister universe. You cannot destroy the universe because any annihilation automatically reforms back into condensates of forward and reverse time that is brought about by the greater flux field that is in extreme motion beyond our ability to perceive and travels at 20 billion times the speed of light.

I just read "Does Gravity Have Inertia?" and I am puzzled.

Statement 1: Creating momentum or anything from nothing requires a miracle, and .....

Statement 2: Gravity has no such dilution. The obvious explanation for this characteristic is that Le Sage-type momentum carriers of gravitational force are so small that they easily reach every part of the interior of the affected body, yet move so fast that they still carry appreciable momentum despite their small size.

Question: Where does the momentum transferred by the "Le Sage-type momentum carriers of gravitational force" come from?
