I suppose I'd be embarrassed, too, if I missed something this obvious.
We run a pretty laisez-faire operation here, but there are a few limits. We don't always spot infractions right away, but we usually do find them sooner or later.
And we try to correct them with the least possible disruption to on going activities. On average we believe we do a reasonable job.
